Founded in 1986, the ALTHAUS brand has gained its reputation year over year by focusing on our clients’ needs with respect and dedication. Today, we have become a leading figure in the international yachting industry, and are proudly broadening our horizons to the Middle East by setting up an office in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
This is a natural next step, because we have recently welcomed into the fold Sherbiny, a well-established family from Saudi Arabia with over 40 years of successful business experience in the Middle East. Having a local family from Saudi Arabia as a partner is a crucial factor in building a bridge between Monaco, the yachting capital of Europe, and Jeddah, the up-and-coming yachting capital of the Middle East. This partnership provides an unparalleled advantage over our competition in better serving and understanding your needs.
Saudi Arabia is currently undertaking a multi-billion-dollar mega-project called the Red Sea Collection, comprising Neom City, the Amaala project and the Red Sea islands. Marine tourism is a key focus of these three separate developments, including several marinas which are able to accommodate a large number of superyachts.
The Jeddah Yacht Club Marina epitomizes the future of super yachting on Saudi Arabia's Red Sea coastline, with berths for over 100 yachts of all sizes up to 120m.
Our presence in Jeddah opens up a multitude of new possibilities for our clients and partners to be among the first in this rapidly-growing yachting destination.
